The 3 Sapphires are oval Cut 5mm x 4mm while one Sapphire is Marquis cut 3mm x 3.75mm. The diamonds are round cut, 2 points each. This ring is 3/4 " wide x 1 ½ " long. While the ring measures a size 8, this design can be taken up or down by your local jeweler. Absolutely stunning, and certainly one-of-a-kind.
