My Aunt Ruth wore all of these twelve different stickpins on her various hats. Later, when hats fell out of favor, she had this three inch brooch designed. The center is an 18K solid-gold carved cameo that measures one and three-eighths inches. Around this center and carefully spaced intervals are 12 stickpins containing jewels. Some are diamonds, others are amethysts. There is an opal, an emerald, and several are set with seed pearls. This pin is in excellent condition. There is one teensy tiny diamond missing from the emerald stickpin, but you would never notice it. If you are a collector of the unusual, special, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, then you must have this for your collection.
